Rim Hassanieh is a certified Pilates instructor and movement awareness specialist based in Doha, Qatar. With over a decade of dedicated practice, she has transformed the lives of more than 1,200 individuals through the authentic Pilates method.

The main focus point of the Method. All work starts from the Center — what Joseph Pilates called your "Powerhouse." A frame from shoulder to shoulder and hip to hip centers the body in every action.
Exercises are executed with focused attention. The mind guides the body, bringing intelligence, intuition, imagination, will and memory into every movement — never haphazard, never on autopilot.
When work is done from the center with full concentration, you are in control. Habit and gravity never take over. Joseph Pilates called his method the "Art of Contrology."
Every exercise was designed with a precise goal. Each has a clear structure, an exact form, and an optimal dynamic. Pay the utmost attention to detail — quality over quantity, always.
All exercises follow the rhythm of the breath. Inhale at the point of effort to send fresh oxygen to the muscles; exhale fully — wringing all the stale air from the lungs like wringing a wet towel dry.
The full workout is a flowing succession of exercises performed with vigorous dynamics. Minimum movement in transitions, maximum flow throughout — a continuous, effortless rhythm.
